DMCA & Content Removal Policy

Effective Date: February 28, 2026

Our Position

GetVideoNow is a creator tool — it does not host, store, cache, or distribute any media content. The Service processes publicly accessible URLs submitted by users and retrieves a direct link from the originating platform. No files pass through or reside on our servers.

The Service may be used for lawful creator workflows, Fair Use analysis, and private offline personal viewing (time-shifting). However, redistribution or commercial use of downloaded files without rights holder authorization is strictly prohibited.

Because we do not host content, there is nothing on our servers to “take down.” If you believe content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, or TikTok infringes your rights, you should submit a takedown notice directly to those platforms using their official reporting tools:

Reporting Misuse of This Tool

We will review all valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include suspending or terminating the account of any user found to be violating our Terms of Use. We respond to verified DMCA notices within 10 business days.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your access to the Service was restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notification to support@getvideonow.com including:

  1. Your name, address, and contact information.
  2. Identification of the content or access affected.

  4. Consent to jurisdiction of the federal courts in Texas, USA.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, GetVideoNow will terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights.
