Usage data. We log download requests (platform, timestamp, and your user identifier) to enforce plan-based rate limits and monthly download quotas. We do not log or store the URLs or media content you process through the Service.

Subscription data. If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe shares relevant billing information with us (customer ID, plan, renewal date) so we can manage your account. We do not receive full card details.

Technical data. Like most websites, we may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited for security, rate-limiting, and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide account features.
• To enforce download rate limits and monthly quotas based on your plan.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.

3. Media Content

GetVideoNow does not store, cache, or retain any media files or URLs you submit through the download tool. Content is retrieved in real-time from the third-party platform and delivered directly to your device. We have no persistent access to any content you download.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We may use analytics tools that set cookies to help us understand how the Service is used in aggregate. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect sign-in functionality.

5. Third-Party Services

• Neon (PostgreSQL) — database hosting for account and subscription records.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Download event logs used for rate limiting are retained for a rolling 30-day window. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children’s Privacy
